I like rate's to be high people will have fun the community will grow and then like when there is lot's of people playing this game you can turn it down a bit.

People play private server's for more rate's instead of normal rates or slow rate's cause that's what WOKF the regular one has.

Rates is better to be 25x , troop 10x drop rates: 10x & Rep 5x. Is due to this is a free item malls server (80% free) so is easy to get material and other stuffs.
And because of this the rates should not be too high as players get boring in max level and start bully the low lvl by pvp them. So if rate is balance everyone will have a chance to chase in levels to fight fairly.

The rates shouldn't be too low or too high because it will get the players bored. It should be something like , exp rate 30-35x, troop 10x and drop rates 5x-10x( as cozer says ) and rep 3x so that it won't be so easy to get dragon armor. biggrin
