Hi, if you can’t see mini map, hotkey bar or user interface in the game, but can see players, npc or buildings, please Press Ctrl+F11 in game. Recently we received report of player encountered above cases especially Windows 7 users, claim that they met this problem when they were first time logging into the game, aslo they can't interact with other players. This issue incurred by windows 7 operation system does exist, so please press Ctrl+F11 to overcome it.
If above way does not help, you could also do things below:

this one didnt work for me if i did it with wokf, so i used it on another application that i start before starting wokf. like the calculator or such
